What a really great stay, no reason to complain. Savoury and tasty breakfast with a huge variety of options to choose from. Outstandingly accommodating staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Magnificent location, only a short distance to everywhere. Proximity to the airport, just 30 km.

Location not far from a big shopping mall with restaurants and the center of industrial area. Tastefully decorated and brand-new room, very very helpful staff, free parking. The pool area is very clean too...

The place had a quiet atmosphere. We stayed in the king room, the room was luxurious and huge.

The value for money at Hyatt House was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms that were perfect for our family of 4. The location was ideal, attached to a shopping mall and just a short taxi ride from the metro station. The staff at the hotel were welcoming, attentive, and truly made us feel at home.

The breakfast items could have been more diverse, but overall it was still a decent selection.

Spacious rooms with excellent amenities like a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was top-notch and the living room area with a balcony added a touch of luxury to my stay. It felt like having my own cozy apartment in the heart of Gebze.

Cigarette smoke on the balcony caused slight discomfort.
